Ukulele lessons are one-to-one. For young children, lessons are short, structured and playful — real musical foundations built at toddler pace. For older students the path moves quickly from first chords to strumming patterns, melodies and songs.
Start with a trial lesson at Pandan Indah or Damai Perdana. Ukuleles are small, inexpensive and easy to bring — but come empty-handed to the trial and play ours; your teacher will advise on the right size before you buy one.
Teaching a two-year-old and teaching an adult are different crafts — your ukulele teacher is matched to the student in front of them.
The faculty behind every program is the same: 20 teachers, every one holding at minimum a music degree, several with Master’s qualifications — led by founder Kuan Jea Yi, a Universiti Malaya music graduate with a Master of Performing Arts, now pursuing her PhD at the same university.
