Virtuoso Élite was founded by Kuan Jea Yi — a Universiti Malaya music degree graduate now pursuing her PhD at the same university. What began as a small music school in Pandan Indah has grown to a faculty of twenty — every teacher holding at minimum a music degree, several holding Master's qualifications. With a second branch now open in Damai Perdana, students arrive aged two and stay through to working adulthood. We do not believe in age limits on musicianship.
Our calendar is built around the recital. Every three months, students at every level perform — at the academy itself and at external venues — and every performer leaves with a VEMA Certificate of Completion. It is the moment the lessons turn into music.
